Robert E. Jackson is DJ Nanobyte — Minneapolis DJ, producer, and curator. He throws Nano Rave at Terminal Bar and helped shape RAGEFUTURE at 7th St Entry. He sings in Black Wine.
He has been throwing Minneapolis nights for seven-plus years — open format, requests, and bills that put other people on. Byte Nyte lived at Palmer’s. Nano Rave is the night now: Terminal Bar, Nordeast, ten dollars, 9pm to 1am, 21+. Variety sets — techno, breakbeat, hyperpop.
RAGEFUTURE was built with MinniAux and KFAI — locals on a downtown stage. He has played 7th St Entry, Turf Club, Mortimer’s, Hexagon, Day Block, Schooner, and Uptown VFW.
